How long should I wait for an order?
If the payment was made by 4 p.m. at the latest, we send the order on the same day. Delivery terms depend on the postal service. On average, delivery around Ukraine takes 1-2 days depending on the destination. Delivery abroad typically takes 10-15 days.
How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on several factors: weight, volume of the order / parcel, method of delivery (to the post office or address delivery) and distance. Shipping is carried out according to the carrier's fares.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order amount. The minimum area for the order depends on the type of the selected product category.
- "Embroidery laces " – sells from 0.3m;
- "Chantilly" – sells approximately from 3m;
- "Basic fabrics" – sells from 1M;
- "Narrow trimmings and motifs" - each item sells individually. Motifs can be sold by pairs, by pieces, by packs (a pack includes 6 or 12 pairs). The trimmings sell by the whole pack (the length of narrow trimming varies from 13,5M to 30M per pack).
- "Swarovski crystals" - sell individually or in packages, depending on the type.

How can I get a discount?
Discount percentage depends on the total amount of the purchase in one department: If the total purchase sum varies from 300 to 1499 USD, customer gets 3% discount; If the total purchase sum varies from 1500 to 2999 USD, customer gets 4% discount, etc. Discount isn’t applied on the goods from “Sale” category. The detailed information about a department of chosen item is to be checked with the manager.
How can I pay?
Payment is made on the PrivatBank card or the sole proprietorship current account after individual discussion with the manager.
Can I order laces’/fabrics’ samples?
You can order fabrics’ samples from the "Basic fabrics" category for free. "Lace fabrics" category provides for the payment of a minimum length (0.25 - 0.3m)
How do I choose the right color?
Most products on the website are presented in several colors. If you cannot identify the color of the product (display color depends on individual screen settings), you can always contact our manager via Viber / WhatsApp messenger. The manager will send you additional photos and videos of the required product.
Is it possible to return or exchange an item of goods?
Returning or exchanging of goods can be possible in case of error or misunderstanding while order finalization. All issues are considered on an individual basis.
How do I choose fabric if I want the same dress I can see in the picture?
You can send us the photo of the dress you like by mail or via Viber / WhatsApp messenger. Our managers will help you to choose the fabric from the range available.

Yes, it is possible. The terms of making an individual order depends on the complexity of the embroidery. On average, an individual order takes 45-70 working days + delivery time. The detailed information about the minimum purchase sum, number of the goods and other conditions of an individual order are to be сhecked with the manager.
