If the payment was made by 4 p.m. at the latest, we send the order on the same day. Delivery terms depend on the postal service. On average, delivery around Ukraine takes 1-2 days depending on the destination. Delivery abroad typically takes 10-15 days.

You can order fabrics’ samples from the "Basic fabrics" category for free. "Lace fabrics" category provides for the payment of a minimum length (0.25 - 0.3m)

Most products on the website are presented in several colors. If you cannot identify the color of the product (display color depends on individual screen settings), you can always contact our manager via Viber / WhatsApp messenger. Yes, it is possible. The terms of making an individual order depends on the complexity of the embroidery. On average, an individual order takes 45-70 working days + delivery time.
